What's a good alternative to a Stageline SL100?
The Astra LP2016 is a cost-effective alternative to a Stageline SL100 or Apex 2016. The stage sets up and breaks down quickly and efficiently and keeps the sun and rain off of your talent with a 13' high roof. It's 20' wide x 16' deep with a banner kit and audio rigging available.
What size are your stages?
The Astra LP2016 is 20' wide x 16' deep with a 13' high roof. Our production truck has a 16' wide x 9' deep stage (expandable to 24' wide) with a built-in LED video wall about 14'9" x 8'2".
How long does setup and breakdown take?
Usually an hour or less. We arrive, set up efficiently and are out of your way quickly when the event wraps.
Do I need power at my venue?
Not for the LED video wall stage. The truck has built-in generators, so it works anywhere it can park.
Will performers be covered if it rains?
Yes. The Astra LP2016 has a 13' high roof that keeps the sun and rain off of your talent.
Can we show sponsor logos or video?
Yes. The Astra comes with a full banner kit for sponsor signage, and the LED video wall can run sponsor reels, logos, slideshows, live camera feeds and live streams.
Do you provide sound?
Yes. We provide and run the sound system for your band, DJ or emcee, and the Astra can fly the sound system with its audio rigging kit.
Do you provide a DJ?
Not typically. We supply the stage and sound system, and you bring your own DJ, band or emcee. We can contract one for a fee.
What kinds of events do you work?
Charity walks and 5Ks, town festivals, concerts, college events, car shows, brand activations and corporate events.
Are your stages good for a charity walk or 5K?
Yes. Charity walks are a big part of what we do: a covered stage and sound for opening ceremonies, speeches and awards, plus an LED wall for sponsors and honorees.
How far do you travel?
We're based in Rhode Island and travel about 4 hours in any direction, covering New England and parts of the Northeast.
How far ahead should I book?
We recommend booking 2-3 months ahead, or sooner.
Are you insured?
Yes. We can provide a certificate of insurance naming your organization.
